		<description>Twitter is not a game; its not like you play with it when you feel like and then get bored of it! value-less twitter users are the major cause making twitter look bad. To be honest, i do not like the shorten urls. As you said, they do look like spams; indeed, most of them are spams! Bit.ly is used for shortening the url. Now why it is important? Twitter allows only 140 characters. There are urls which are way longer than the limit and this is where bitly comes into play. You dont have to listen to tons of people or click on their links. You choose whom to follow and interact with. The way twitter is developing, believe me, it will do something about the shorten urls and spam really soon!</description>
