It is not that difficult to get traffic to a video. Videos are much fun if you keep them short and to the point. Also create some backlinks to it. A facebook fanpage for your business or videos is a good suggestion.

Majority of the population is Chinese and you should know mandarin in order to get a job in call center areas (what ever left operating in SG). And don't waste your money on consultancies as they can't offer you employment pass.
